CONTRACT ANALYST PROGRAMMER (POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Design and build Power Apps applications that enhance data entry processes and improve user interactions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Execute data integration and manipulation tasks utilizing various connectors to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Promote and facilitate citizen development initiatives across various business units to drive digital transformation.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, assessing their potential benefits for the organization.
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Requirements:

• High-Level Diploma or Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer. Demonstrable experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps is essential. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
