Manage, mentor, and develop a team of application developers, analysts, and engineers.

Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and project staffing.
Application Development & Management:
Provide technical leadership and governance for Dynamics AX (D365 Finance & Operations a plus), .NET applications, and database systems (MySQL & MSSQL).
Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of critical business applications=
Data & Analytics:
Oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
Infrastructure Oversight:
Provide occasional oversight and technical guidance to the Infrastructure team.
Collaborate on the management, performance, and security of Windows Server environments.
Assist in planning infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
Ensure alignment between application needs and infrastructure capabilities.
Requirements:
Current Manager-Level Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a people management role (Manager or equivalent) leading technical teams.
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Automate).
Infrastructure Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, virtualization, security). Experience overseeing infrastructure teams is a strong plus.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
