Responsibilities:

• University Admissions Consulting;
• Extracurricular Activities and Leadership Coaching;
• Internship and Career Advising;
• Interview Training;
• Personalized Mentoring for Individual Development; and
• Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Qualifying prospective customers (students and parents/guardians) by understanding their education goals
• Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
• Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed Client Relations Management (CRM) system
• Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Strong sales track record in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline
• 2+ years of sales experience
• High learning agility and growth mindset
• Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best education program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with speaking over the phone, video, and in-person
• A driven team player who likes to win
