1.	To qualify, a permanent placement must be made between your friend ("the Referee") and a client of Grey Anderson.
2.	You ("the Referrer") should:
	be a registered Candidate of Grey Anderson; provide full and accurate information of the Referee; and ensure that the Referee agreed his/her personal information being passed to Grey Anderson for this Scheme before the date of the referral.
3.	Your friend ("the Referee"):
	is not an existing registered Candidate of Grey Anderson OR is a registered Candidate who has not been in contact for 12 months; and must be placed with a client of Grey Anderson within 6 months after he/she has signed up the referral program.
4.	It is the Referrer's responsibility to contact Grey Anderson to claim the referral gift, after the Referee has completed probation with the client of Grey Anderson.
5.	The Referrer will not be eligible to receive the gift if the Referee is already an active registered Candidate of Grey Anderson during the past 12 months.
6.	If a Referee is referred to the Grey Anderson more than once, only the 1st person referred the Referee (with the Referee's permission) will be eligible for the gift.
7.	Grey Anderson shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for loss of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, or arising from any matter related to this "Refer a friend" Scheme.
8.	Grey Anderson will be collecting personal information for the purpose of conducting this Scheme and for conducting general recruitment and marketing services (including but not limited to determining, notifying and contacting the winner and the referred individual). The Referrer and/or the Referee may request access or delete to his or her personal information by emailing info@greyanderson.com
9.	By submitting the personal information to this website, you agree that we may handle your personal information and/or your Referee's personal information in accordance with our PRIVACY POLICY.
10	These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
