IT SERVICE DESK (KOREAN SPEAKER, BASE IN KL, MALAYSIA)

We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Support professional who is fluent in Korean to assist our Korean clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk positions with a strong background in supporting Windows operating systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with Windows operating systems and various applications.
• Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support or Help Desk role.
• Proficient in supporting Windows operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
