Lead all aspects of 365-day engagement for assigned clients, focusing on increasing utilization, client satisfaction, timely renewals, and profitable growth.
Monitor and track service quality and project implementation to ensure that promised standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Manage and resolve client issues and concerns related to service delivery to restore customer satisfaction and maintain client retention.
Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to demonstrate the value, return on prevention, and return on investment from our solutions.
Build a network and develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
Establish credibility as a customer champion and business partner by providing value-added medical, security, and risk mitigation advice.
Increase "stickiness" and usage of the Assistance AP, Members information, such as Medical and Country Guides/Information, and other services that enhance the visibility of company solutions and key features.
Develop and implement Account Plans for Strategic Accounts to drive growth.
Proactively administer renewals and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Coordinate and manage administrative and financial activities for clients, including billing, contract review, pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable collections. Ensure that authorized personnel are updated quarterly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Account Manager
Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
Good proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
