Lead the development of a responsible brand strategy that drives sustainable sales and profit growth and aligns with corporate goals.
Conduct consumer research to inform effective communication strategies, ensuring the brand message reaches consumers through mass media and packaging, building brand awareness, trust, and purchase intent.
Understand and manage the category's P&L across different channels, adjusting product and channel mix to meet company objectives.
Analyze market data to identify strategies for achieving company goals, including market share, pricing, competition, retail landscape, and consumer segmentation.
Take responsibility for managing new product development, including tests, claims, packaging, and launch plans.
Optimize supply chain operations through demand forecasting, inventory planning, and control.
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns that attract and retain customers, providing exceptional service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achievements.
Working experience in the digital communication field is a plus.
Ability to build and enhance brand equity through strategic initiatives, market analysis, and compelling storytelling.
Good communication and advertising skills, particularly in digital media.
High caliber individual with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong ability to learn and adapt.
Proficiency in strategic planning, including the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop comprehensive strategies.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
